Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess patients’ physical condition, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient needs, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic techniques.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families about exercises, injury prevention, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care.
- Stay current with advances in physical therapy treatments and techniques.
Requirements:
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- 3+ years experience in either sports ortho (post-op, knee, ACL, shoulder and confident with or wiling to learn spine) OR pelvic floor.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy with DPT degree in physical therapy.
