Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation
Location: Panama City, FL
Shift: Day – Monday – Friday, rotating weekends up to 4 weekend days per quarter (Saturday/Sunday)

As an Occupational Therapist in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, you’ll be an essential part of a supportive, collaborative care team working to create lasting outcomes for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Deliver direct, compassionate care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
- Conduct assessments and create personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
- Monitor progress, provide education, and adjust treatment as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other rehab professionals.
- Celebrate every step of patient progress—big or small.
🔹 Qualifications
- State licensure or certification as required.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred; Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience considered.
