Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care RN
Location: Garden City, KS
Shift: Nights

🔹 What You’ll Do
As an RN, you will assume responsibility for delivering high-quality, relationship-based care. You’ll play a vital role in improving patient outcomes through communication, coordination, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and patients/families to identify and meet physical, emotional, and spiritual care needs
- Use evidence-based practice and the nursing process to promote optimal health and safety
- Demonstrate personal accountability to patient care standards, professional development, and core values
🔹 Qualifications
Education:
- Associate Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- New graduates must be from an accredited nursing school
Experience:
- Minimum one year preferred
- Nursing knowledge/skills relevant to specialty
Licensure/Certifications:
- Active RN license required
- Must hold valid license in the state or through the Nurse Licensure Compact
- BLS/ACLS may be required based on unit
Physical:
- Medium Work: Up to 50 lbs occasionally, 20 lbs frequently, 10 lbs constantly
