RN Endoscopy Nurse Manager – Leadership Opportunity $10,000 Relocation +
📍 Location: Tulsa, OK
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time, Days | No Weekends 7am-4pm

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for GI/Endoscopy services? We’re seeking a dynamic RN Endoscopy Manager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
🔹 Position Highlights:
- Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Endoscopy Department
- Supervise clinical staff, manage scheduling, and ensure efficient case flow
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership on quality initiatives and patient care standards
- Oversee compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and infection control protocols
- Contribute to staff education, training, and professional development
🔹 Requirements:
- Active RN license
- BSN required; Master’s preferred or in progress
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience in Endoscopy, GI Lab, or Procedural Services
- At least 1 year in a leadership or charge RN capacity
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
