🩺 Registered Nurse – NICU
📍 Location: Reno, Nevada
🕒 Schedule: Full-time, PERM
💰 $30,000 Start-to-Work Bonus (with 3-year commitment)
We’re seeking a Registered Nurse with Level III or Level IV NICU experience to join a top-tier healthcare team dedicated to delivering high-quality, life-saving care to the most vulnerable patients.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity neonatal environment with cutting-edge resources and a collaborative, supportive team.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
- Deliver expert, family-centered care to critically ill neonates in a Level III/IV NICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and social workers
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for NICU patients
- Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions and support emergency interventions
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
🔹 Qualifications:
- Active RN license (or ability to obtain a Nevada RN license prior to hire)
- BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required
- STABLE certification preferred (can be obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of NICU experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
