Emergency Room Nurse Manager
Shift: Full-Time – Day and Evening Shift Available • No Weekends
Sign On Bonus: $15,000

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily emergency department operations in collaboration with leadership.
- Plan staffing and resources to ensure quality care during peak times.
- Mentor, interview, hire, and evaluate nursing staff; maintain training and competencies.
- Drive continuous improvement through policy development and review of unit standards.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires, students, and volunteers.
Qualifications
- RN license in Virginia or multi-state compact eligibility (required).
- Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing (required); BSN preferred or in progress.
- BLS certification (required); ACLS, TNCC, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain).
- Leadership experience in emergency/acute care strongly preferred.
