Position: Med Surg Registered Nurse (OBSERVATION) (Full-Time)
Location: Tyler, TX
Shift: Day and Night Shifts available
As a RN in a dynamic clinical setting, you’ll work independently while managing complex care and contributing to long-term patient wellness. You’ll make impactful decisions, delegate appropriately, and bring both clinical skills and emotional intelligence to the bedside.
💼 Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Delivering both routine and complex nursing care using the full nursing process
- Monitoring, administering, and evaluating medications and treatments
- Educating patients and families on care plans and recovery
- Documenting vital patient history and progress
- Collaborating with other caregivers and team members
- Delegating tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes
✅ What You Need:
- RN License (TX license or compact)
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of nursing experience
- BSN preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
Sign On: $5,000 for day shift, $10,000 for night shift
