Location: Eastern TX | Shifts: Day and Night options available
We are hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med Surg Observation unit in Eastern TX. If you are a skilled decision-maker who brings clinical excellence and emotional intelligence to patient care, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage complex patient care utilizing the complete nursing process.
- Oversee medication administration, treatments, and ongoing patient evaluations.
- Educate patients and families to support successful recovery and long-term wellness.
- Ensure meticulous documentation of patient history and clinical progress.
- Collaborate with the care team and delegate tasks efficiently to maintain high standards of care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid TX or Compact RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- 1+ years of nursing experience (Med Surg or Observation preferred)
- BSN preferred (not required)
- Strong critical thinking and bedside communication skills
