💼 What You’ll Do
✔️ Assess, plan, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
✔️ Administer medications per physician orders
✔️ Instruct patients and families on treatments and medications
✔️ Maintain accurate medical records and chart test results
📋 What You’ll Need
- Active Florida RN license (or compact with FL eligibility within 60 days)
- ASN or Diploma in Nursing required (BSN preferred)
- ICU experience required (MICU/SICU/CSU considered)
- BLS and ACLS (ACLS required within 6 months of hire)
- NIHSS certification (within 6 months of hire)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and computer literacy
