Position Title: Director – Pediatric Emergency Services

Overview:
We’re seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our Pediatric Emergency Services department. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled clinicians in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. You will ensure exceptional patient care delivery, foster a culture of excellence, and drive performance through innovative leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership for the Pediatric Emergency Department, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative teams.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to meet quality, safety, and patient satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of recent acute care Pediatric Emergency Department management experience (Adult ER management experience will be considered).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
