Title: Clinical Nursing Manager – Emergency Room, SANE, and Infusion Service Location: Garden City, Kansas

Job Status: Full-time Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Nursing Manager to guide a dedicated team across the Emergency Room, SANE Department, and Infusion Services. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll drive quality patient care, inspire your team, and ensure day-to-day operations thrive in a collaborative, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct clinical operations across multiple units including a 14-bed ER and Fast Track
- Provide strategic leadership, staffing oversight, and patient flow optimization
- Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering evidence-based practice and continuous learning
- Champion associate engagement, patient safety, and clinical excellence
- Ensure departmental goals and performance benchmarks are met
Seeking:
- A dynamic leader with a passion for rural medicine and diverse patient populations
- Confident handling a range of complex cases, including trauma, behavioral health, and outpatient infusions
- Known for integrity, transparency, and approachability
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of RN experience
- 1+ year in clinical leadership
- BSN or MSN (Required); Master’s Degree preferred
- Current RN license in state of employment
- BLS through the American Heart Association
- Leadership or clinical certification (must obtain within 6 months; pass within 2 years)
