Medical Director – Board Certified Family, or Internal Medicine Physician
M-F Days no call
- Current and active plenary physician license to practice in the state of Florida
Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime clinical hours 8am-5pm, NO weekend or beyond possible call coverage.
- Experienced or added qualifications in geriatrics- Preferred
- CDS Certification and DEA Registration-Required
- Previous Supervisory experience- Required
- Previous supervisory experience – REQUIRED
- Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with a frail or elderly population – REQUIRED
- Effective skills in physical assessment and chronic disease management for frail older adults – REQUIRED
- Desire to work in a creative alternate health care setting – REQUIRED
- Able to manage changing priorities according to participant needs – REQUIRED
Full-time opportunity for a Board-Certified Internist or Family Medicine Physician with a passion for geriatrics to lead a community-based PACE program.
