📍 Abilene, TX | Permanent Full-Time

Shift: Nights 7pm-7am

• Self Scheduling

• $2,5000 of Sign on bonus and $5,000 Relocation payable 1st check.

We’re seeking a dedicated Observation Unit RN to join a leading healthcare team in Abilene, TX. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality care for patients requiring short-term monitoring in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely evaluations and discharges
• Provide patient and family education while promoting positive outcomes and experiences

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN license (or eligibility) in the state of Texas
• ADN or BSN in Nursing
• Previous acute care Experience min. 12 mos.
