NICU Registered Nurse (RN) – $12,500 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 Relocation
📍 Abilene, TX | Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Nights 7pm-7am 3×12’s
$5,000 + $2,500 of the $12,500 Sign on payable 1st check
Are you passionate about caring for the most vulnerable patients? We are seeking dedicated NICU Registered Nurses to join a compassionate team providing specialized care for critically ill and premature newborns in Abilene, TX.

🩺 Role Overview:
- Provide skilled, evidence-based nursing care to neonates in a Level II/III NICU setting
- Collaborate closely with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the multidisciplinary team
- Support and educate families, promoting bonding and involvement in care
- Monitor, assess, and respond to critical changes in patient condition
✅ Qualifications:
- Current RN license (or eligibility) in Texas
- ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Previous NICU or pediatric experience strongly preferred
- NRP and BLS required (or ability to obtain upon hire)
