Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) – $12,500 Sign-On Bonus + $5,000 Relocation

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dialysis RN to join a patient-focused healthcare team in Abilene, TX. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients with acute and chronic kidney disease while enjoying excellent financial incentives and relocation support.

🩺 Role Overview:
- Deliver safe, compassionate care to patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
- Monitor patients’ responses and collaborate with nephrologists and the care team
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and home care
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control standards
✅ Qualifications:
- Current RN license (or eligibility) in Texas
- ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Dialysis or nephrology nursing experience preferred (will train motivated RNs)
- BLS required (ACLS preferred)
