Shift: (2) Day Shift openings 7am-7pm 3×12’s AND (1) Night Shift opening 7pm-7am 3×12’s
- Offering $5,000 Relocation + $2,500 of $12,500 Sign on bonus payable 1st check

🩺 Role Overview:
- Provide safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients on a Med/Surg unit
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions while collaborating with the healthcare team
- Support patients and families through education and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
✅ Qualifications:
- Current RN license (or eligibility) in Texas
- ADN or BSN in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Previous acute care or Med/Surg experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply
- BLS required (ACLS preferred)
