Endoscopy Clinical Manager – Registered Nurse
Compensation: $100,000 to $125,000
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7am-4pm

Are you an experienced nurse leader with a passion for clinical excellence and team development? We are seeking a dedicated Endoscopy Clinical Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Endoscopy department. This role is perfect for a proactive manager who can balance effective leadership with financial acumen and a commitment to patient care.
What You’ll Do
As our Endoscopy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading Your Team: You’ll manage daily human resources, providing direct supervision to staff and fostering a positive, productive work environment. You’ll mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing personnel to promote professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring Clinical Excellence: You’ll be the expert on standards, policies, and procedures, making sure your team adheres to them. You’ll drive performance improvement initiatives, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and work to ensure a seamless patient flow through the healthcare system.
- Managing Departmental Operations: You’ll be responsible for fiscal management, including preparing the annual budget, analyzing monthly reports, and identifying opportunities for expense reduction. You’ll also work with other departments to develop new programs and find innovative solutions to problems.
- Promoting Patient and Staff Satisfaction: By providing immediate follow-up on complaints and building a culture of feedback and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure that both patients and staff feel supported and valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: You have 2 to 4 years of related experience in a clinical or managerial role.
- Education: You are a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a diploma or degree.
- Licensure: You have a valid multi-state or Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
- Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are highly organized, and are detail-oriented. You possess a strong working knowledge of disease management and clinical pathways, and you are comfortable making independent judgments to solve complex problems.
