RN Clinical Manager Home Health- Mechanicsville, VA

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Clinical Manager to join our team in the Richmond, VA area.
This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and supporting a team of skilled healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing and clinical staff
- Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centered care
- Oversee care planning, patient assessments, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to optimize outcomes
- Monitor performance, implement quality improvement initiatives, and manage resources efficiently
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Virginia (or compact license) required
- Previous experienced in home care setting with 2 years management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation and federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
