Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) Offering $5,000 Relocation + $12,500 Sign on bonus
Location: Abilene, TX
Status Fulltime
Shifts: Days 3×12’s or Nights 3×12’s
As an Emergency Department RN, you’ll be at the heart of high-acuity, fast-paced care. You’ll serve patients of all ages presenting with a wide range of illnesses and injuries—some critical, some urgent—all demanding adaptability, prioritization, and compassion.

What You’ll Do
- Rapidly assess and triage patients in high-pressure scenarios.
- Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Anticipate, prioritize, and adapt to unpredictable volumes and acuity surges.
- Educate patients and families about care, treatment, and follow-up.
- Uphold nursing standards and participate in improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or ADN; BSN preferred).
- Active RN license (TX or Compact State).
- Certifications:
- BLS required
- ACLS prior to completion of orientation
- TNCC within 18 months of hire
- ENPC and/or PALS prior to completion of orientation
- NIH Stroke Scale prior to completion of orientation
