What You’ll Do
- Oversee and coordinate patient care plans in compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation, state, and federal regulations.
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality care.
- Lead with compassion while driving performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and care teams to ensure positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience (home health preferred).
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
