Senior Director – Emergency Services RN ( Magnet Facility) Houston, TX
Relocation & Sign-On: Case by Case
We are seeking an accomplished Director of Emergency Services to provide executive leadership for a high-volume, multi-site Emergency Department in Houston.
This is a strategic, visible role overseeing clinical, financial, and operational performance across three ED locations, 80,000 annual patient visits.

- Partner with executives and physicians to enhance services and expand offerings
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent acute care ED leadership (Director-level or strong Manager with large ED scope)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Proven track record of operational success and performance improvement
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary +
- 17.5% annual performance bonus
