CHT) Certified Hand Therapist / Occupational Therapist
Location: Bellevue, Issaquah, (East Seattle), Washington ( Relocation + Sign On Bonus)
Mon-Fri- Days| No call nights OR Weekends

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including splinting, exercise programs, and functional retraining
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) with active state licensure
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation required
- Outpatient experience preferred, but motivated new CHTs are welcome to apply
- Strong communication, clinical, and patient-advocacy skills
