( CHT) Certified Hand Therapist / Occupational Therapist
Location: Seattle, Washington
Mon-Fri
Clinic Operating Hours M-F 7am-7pm

Position Highlights
- Deliver specialized hand therapy services in a supportive, well-equipped clinic
- Work with a skilled team, including dedicated hand therapy aides and front office staff
- Access to MD notes, operative reports, and imaging results to optimize patient care

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with sign-on bonus
- Base salary $90-$150K
- Quarterly performance bonuses totaling $10,000–$20,000+ annually
- 3 weeks PTO (increasing to 6 weeks with tenure) plus 9 paid holidays

Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington (required) Or Other State eligible for WA
- Certified Hand Therapist or working toward certification
- Current CPR certification
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs
