About the Unit
- 36 Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 4–5:1 (Days) / 5–6:1 (Nights) – 1 Tech per Hall
- Diverse patient mix: Chest Pain, Stroke, COPD, Post-Ops, GI, Accelerated Heart Rhythm, and Drips
- Step-down from PCU and Level II Trauma Center

Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic and administrative nursing care for patients age 16 and above
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECGs, and intervene in emergency situations
- Deliver patient-centered care with critical thinking, compassion, and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and mitigate risks
Qualifications
- 1+ year of Acute Care RN experience required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
- Active RN license (Missouri or Compact State)
- BLS required upon hire
- ACLS required within 1 year of hire
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay: $32.00 – $43.00/hr
- $3.00 Nights / $2.00 Weekends
- $12,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 2-year commitment)
