This lab is seeking an experienced and motivated Denture Assistant Manager to join our production lab team in Alberta. This leadership role combines technical denture fabrication expertise with strong team management, ensuring both the quality and efficiency of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate full knowledge of denture appliances including full dentures, partials, metal RPDs, and digital dentures.
- Fabricate all denture appliances with precision, consistency, and efficiency.
- Communicate confidently with customers and staff using appropriate dental terminology.
- Lead, motivate, and support the production team to meet deadlines, resolve challenges, and maintain high-quality outcomes.
- Treatment plan cases over the phone with customers, offering professional guidance and solutions.
- Utilize digital and office software such as 3Shape, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Maintain organization and a production-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide regular reporting to the department manager regarding production updates, customer feedback, and case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in denture and partial fabrication.
- Strong understanding of digital denture workflows.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CAD design software and basic office applications.
