Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (8-hour shifts)
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Chase City, VA

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you’ll collaborate with a compassionate and supportive healthcare team dedicated to improving patient outcomes in post-acute care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities.
- Conduct patient rounds, write orders, and manage therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership.
- Document patient encounters in EMR systems with dictation support.
- Ensure compliance with facility and healthcare regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, billing, and claims.

Education & Experience
- 1+ year of NP/PA experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply).
- Background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, ER, Hospitalist, or General Practice is highly valued.
- Current state NP/PA license and DEA certification required.
