Position: PCU/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Abilene, Texas
Schedule: Full-time | Various Shifts Available

About the Role
As a PCU/Telemetry RN, you’ll play a critical role in patient monitoring and care delivery. You’ll connect patients to telemetry equipment, interpret vital data, and collaborate with physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, individualized nursing care using evidence-based practices.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data to detect changes in patient status.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold the Texas Nurse Practice Act standards.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or ADN; BSN preferred).
- Current RN license (Texas or compact state).
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- ACLS & NIH Stroke Scale certification (may be completed during orientation).
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
