• Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU or Critical Care prefer greater than 1 year experience; Possible Cardiac Stepdown experience will be accepted at least 2-3 years needed

• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Critical care thinking skills, Exceptional Time management skills, Team work ethic , exceptional communication skills, exceptional customer service; Ability to prioritize 

• Type of Patients on Unit: all ages rarely any patients under the age of 18 years

• Personality Fit: Approachable, friendly , positive team player knowledgeable of the specialty

• Number of Beds: 7 labs (6 labs at Heart Hospital, 1 lab at University of Louisville 

 Patient Ratios: 1:1

• Equipment: Siemens and GE, Abbott, Phillips, Medtronic 

 EMR: Cerner, Mckesson, Sensing

• Scrub Color: Surgical Scrubs are provided 

• Any unacceptable attire: Jewelry and or hair that will interfere with the Sterile field anything out side of the Surgical Scrub attire.

·         Salary and shift differential pay. Pay Range: $35-$53

·         Work hours and on-call hours required. 7:00am-7:30pm (Call various start 6:30 p -7am M-F next day at Heart Hospital; 5p-7a next day University of Louisville M-F; Weekend call start 7a Saturday till 7am Monday Heart and University

·         Relocation fee and applicable details. $5000

·         Sign-on bonus and applicable details. Cath Lab RN: $15,000

·         Paid at 6 months then one year 

·         Number of open positions with same title. 

·         Urgency of need to fill. ASAP

·         Number of beds in unit/unit size.  7 Cath Labs 

·         Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements. Active Kentucky RN License; ACLS, BLS 

·         Average number of patients cared for daily in unit; various depends on the schedule 1:1 ratio 

·         Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in units. Cardiac patients, Transplant workups, Heart failure 

·         Description of interview process. Peer interview 

·Description of management positions (reporting employees, etc., if applicable).
