Clinical Nurse Manager – Surgical Services (Operating Room)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Full-time • Days (Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) • Admin Call Rotation (every 7–8 weeks, 1 week at a time)
Relocation Assistance Available (for candidates outside 70-mile radius)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead Surgical Services (Operating Room) at a respected and growing healthcare organization. This role oversees daily clinical operations, OR staffing, team development, quality outcomes, patient safety, and collaboration with perioperative leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop OR nursing staff; manage 50–80 perioperative team members
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and daily surgical case flow
- Promote a culture of clinical excellence, safety, and collaboration
- Support onboarding, education, and competency development of staff
- Monitor clinical compliance, regulatory standards, and policy adherence
- Partner with surgeons, anesthesia, and sterile processing teams
- Manage departmental budgeting, productivity, and resource allocation
- Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care
- Support accreditation readiness, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice
Qualifications
✅ Registered Nurse license (Oklahoma or Compact RN license required)
✅ 2+ years leadership experience in Surgical Services (Charge RN, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Manager level)
✅ Strong knowledge of perioperative nursing standards and patient safety
✅ Experience managing OR teams and surgical workflows
✅ Excellent communication and team leadership skills
✅ CNOR certification highly preferred
