Title: RN Manager –Trauma Program
Status: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday Leadership Schedule | Level III Trauma | Competitive Compensation

In this role, you’ll oversee trauma system operations, guide clinical excellence, collaborate with EMS and emergency services leadership, and drive trauma performance improvement initiatives. This is a visible leadership position with influence across Emergency Services and direct access to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead trauma program operations and performance excellence
- Serve as trauma leader and liaison across EMS, Fire, Police & regional agencies
- Oversee trauma policies, standards, and clinical quality initiatives
- Ensure readiness for state and ACS trauma designation surveys
- Lead trauma registry quality & reporting compliance
- Participate in trauma activations during business hours as needed
- Drive trauma-related education and outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with emergency services and executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- Current RN license or eligibility
- BSN required
- Minimum 3 years RECENT trauma experience in acute care
- TNCC, BLS, ACLS, PALS required
- CEN preferred
- Trauma program, ED, or critical care leadership experience preferred
