Hospice RN (RN)
LOCATION: Kalispell, MT
JOB TYPE: Part-Time Permanent
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide on-call hospice support during evenings and weekends. This role is ideal for an RN who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility. As an On-Call Hospice Nurse, you’ll provide timely clinical support and reassurance to patients and families, working alongside an interdisciplinary team committed to comfort-focused, holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to after-hours calls, assess patient needs, and provide guidance or in-person support when necessary
- Communicate updates and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide calm, compassionate support to patients and families during urgent or emotional situations
- Ensure continuity of care through timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to remain calm and responsive in urgent situations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
