Clinic Manager — Physical Therapist — Hiring for 3 Separate Locations
Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you’ll apply evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs that help patients achieve optimal recovery. You’ll have the opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based, high-quality care tailored to each patient’s needs
- Develop and implement timely, individualized treatment plans
- Support clinic growth by generating referrals, increasing visits, and ensuring proper billing practices
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment with patients, clinicians, and team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships within the community
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (APTA or CAPTE approved)
- Previous management experience preferred
- Active state licensure as a physical therapist in Illinois
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
