Sr. Net Revenue Analyst – Hybrid

Salary: $80,000–$105,000/year (based on education & experience)

Location: Hybrid(Michigan) – limited remote states

About the Role

We're seeking a Sr. Net Revenue Analyst to support the integrity of net revenue across assigned internal and external subsidiaries. This role is responsible for compiling and analyzing complex reimbursement data, preparing cost report schedules. Assist in coordination of reimbursement functions related to the strategic financial planning, offering strategic financial insights to support management decision making.

Important: This is not a Revenue Cycle position.

Work Arrangement

• In-state employees: on-site once per week
• Out-of-state employees: on-site twice per year (3 consecutive days each visit)
• Eligible Remote States: AL, AZ, AR, GA, IL, IN, KY, KS, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, WI, WV

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or review schedules required for Medicare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross cost report submissions in compliance with regulations.
• Analyze year-over-year changes in third-party cost reports and investigate variances.
• Prepare monthly contractual models and analyze contractual allowances for assigned subsidiaries.
• Recommend updates to assumptions or methodologies where appropriate.
• Conduct monthly reserve analysis and report reserve position variances.
• Provide complex projections and analytical support for annual budgeted net revenue.
• Research regulatory and reimbursement changes, preparing financial impact summaries.
• Estimate financial impact of changes in payment assumptions or budget assumptions.
• Coordinate data collection and schedules for audits, settlements, and cash reconciliations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible reimbursement or finance experience
• Experience with Net Revenue and/or Cost Reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• CPA or MBA
• Home Health and/or Physician Group experience
• Experience with Kodiak RCA (formerly Crowe)
• Progressive management experience
