Registered Nurse Manager – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

LOCATION Houston, TX
SHIFT:
- 3p-11p – (weekends w/rotation/on-call)
OR
- 11p-7a- (weekends w/rotation/on-call)
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
We are hiring an experienced Nurse Manager for our Level IV Advanced NICU to ensure high-quality patient care. Join a phenomenal team dedicated to meaningful patient outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in daily operations, ensuring department activities align with the facility’s mission and long-range plan.
- Coordinate Performance Improvement and continuous Quality Improvement efforts.
- Ensure nursing care adheres to the nursing process and provide clinical support to staff.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of Recent (within the last year) Acute Care NICU Leadership (Manager or Charge Nurse) experience.
- Education: BSN required.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (TX license required within 60 days of hire if hired on Compact).
- Certification: Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
