Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to enhance our dynamic team at our Renton clinic location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and fun atmosphere, surrounded by a team of professional colleagues. In this position, you will manage your own caseload with the support and mentorship of our Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the guidance of our Doctor of Physical Therapy (PTAs are expected to see a maximum of 7-9 patients per day).
- Accurately understand and document patient clinical encounters.
- Coordinate patient care plans with both internal and external providers.
- Maintain the condition and stock of clinic equipment and materials as needed.
- Excellent customer service and patient support.
Qualifications:
- Active PTA license in Washington state.
- U.S. Work Authorization.
- Ideal candidates will have experience related to athletics, coaching, or personal training.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to connect and communicate effectively with people of various ages and professional backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for sustained periods of time.
