Concierge Medicine – FM/IM/MedPeds Physician

Job Summary:
We are looking for attentive, friendly, conscientious candidates with training in diverse medical areas for the position of primary care concierge physician – MD or DO, must be board certified in FM/IM/MedPeds.
You will take a vested interest in a patient’s well-being at our practice, where your patient panel is generally about 70 families with patient panels ranging from about 70 to 300 patients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop personal relationships with patients and follow them over time.
- Create patient-specific health programs over time to promote well being and keep patients out of the hospital setting.
- Schedule and administer follow-up examinations and offer comprehensive wellness exams.
- Recommend specialists for treatment outside your own capacity – we have hand selected referral patterns based on quality of care and ongoing relationships with patients and specialists offices’.
- Educate patients in health management and disease prevention.
