Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Status: Full-Time
Location: Naples, Florida

You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team using modern techniques and advanced treatment approaches in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy treatments tailored to each patient’s age, culture, condition, and goals
- Assist with individualized treatment plans and implement therapy directives under supervision
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional mobility training, and activities of daily living
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey
- Assist patients with proper use of assistive devices (crutches, canes, braces, prosthetics, etc.)
- Accurately document treatments and patient progress in the medical record
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
- Follow all state, federal, and accreditation standards
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant license
- Current BLS certification (ACLS a plus)
- Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
