**Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health Patient Care Manager**

Salary $105,000-$115,000
Willing to float between 3 offices in the Norwood MA area

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous home health experience preferred; minimum two years of management or supervisory experience.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of professional nursing standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal/state/local regulatory requirements.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Must have OASIS experience
