Dialysis Nurse Manager
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced Dialysis Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations and nursing staff in a patient-centered dialysis setting. This role combines hands-on clinical care, team leadership, and quality oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and individualized dialysis treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dialysis clinic operations and patient care
- Supervise and support nursing and interdisciplinary clinical staff
- Ensure all treatments follow regulatory standards, policies, and quality programs (QAPI)
- Provide direct patient care as needed
- Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and competency assessments
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care team members
- Drive quality improvement, risk management, and operational efficiencies
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Accredited nursing degree (ADN/ASN or BSN)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- At least 6 months of dialysis experience (1 year preferred)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
