Physician Assistant (PA) – Part Time
Advanced Primary Care for Women | ADHD, Neurodivergence & Comorbidities
Telehealth (VA)

Location: Primarily Remote (Virginia residence strongly preferred)
Join a telehealth-based company providing advanced primary care for women navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, and complex medical, hormonal, and behavioral comorbidities. Our care model integrates women’s health, precision-informed primary care, and thoughtful diagnostic processes to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
We are seeking a part-time Physician Assistant with strong primary care competence and experience in women’s health. This role begins at 5–10 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time W-2 position based on performance, clinical excellence, and patient outcomes. This is a high-impact role for a clinician who enjoys providing nuanced, integrated care to women with intersecting medical, psychiatric, and hormonal needs.
Clinical Responsibilities
Medication Management
- Prescribe and manage medications across primary care and women’s health domains in accordance with Virginia PA scope of practice and supervisory agreements.
- Evaluate and manage perimenopause, menopause, dysmenorrhea, PMDD, PCOS, menstrual irregularities, and other hormonal conditions across the reproductive lifespan.
- Develop and manage personalized hormonal and medical treatment plans, including medication selection, titration, and safety monitoring, accounting for coexisting conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, migraines, metabolic concerns, and chronic fatigue.
- Provide clinical guidance during hormonal transitions and collaborate with supervising physicians, GYN, or psychiatric partners as needed.
Tech-Enabled Care Delivery
- Utilize advanced EMR systems, clinical dashboards, structured workflows, and decision-support tools to deliver efficient, high-quality telehealth care.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality standards.
Collaboration & Care Coordination
- Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary care team members.
- Support care coordination, follow-up planning, referrals, and patient education to ensure comprehensive, longitudinal care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Physician Assistant license in Virginia (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry
- Experience in primary care and/or women’s health, with comfort managing chronic, multisystem conditions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a tech-enabled, telehealth environment
Preferred Experience
- Clinical experience in women’s health, including perimenopause, menopause, dysmenorrhea, PCOS, PMDD, and menstrual or hormonal concerns
- Experience managing psychiatric and medical comorbidities common among women with ADHD or neurodivergence (e.g., anxiety, depression, sleep disorders)
- Prior telehealth experience
Role Details
- Hours: 5–10 hours per week to start, with opportunity to grow
- Growth Path: Eligible for transition to full-time W-2 based on performance
- Employment Type: 1099 initially (with potential W-2 conversion)
