This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Emergency Department RN to join a close-knit, patient-focused emergency team in a 17-bed ED serving a diverse patient population across all age groups.

Position Highlights
- Permanent, full-time role (36 hours/week)
- No on-call requirements
- 2 openings available:
- • 1 Day Shift
- • 1 Night Shift
- RN Level: RN II or RN III (based on experience)
- Urgent need
Emergency Department Snapshot
- 17-bed Emergency Department
- 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- ~58 patients per day
- Treats all ages and a wide range of typical ED diagnoses
- Charge Nurse on every shift; Manager on-site days and available after hours
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Active RN license
- Emergency Department experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive salary (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 – $20,000 (based on experience and level)
- Relocation Assistance: $5,000 – $7,500 (based on distance/eligibility)
