Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
Location: Houston, Texas |Relocation offered 75+ miles
Schedule: Full-Time | 7pm-7am|3×12’s
Compensation: Top-of-Market Pay + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert, compassionate care to laboring patients and newborns
- Monitor fetal heart tracings and respond to high-risk OB situations
- Assist with vaginal and C-section deliveries
- Educate and support families through every stage of the birth journey
- Collaborate with OB providers, anesthesia, NICU, and surgical teams
- Maintain clinical excellence through evidence-based practice
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN License
- BSN required
- 3+ year of Labor & Delivery experience
- BLS & ACLS (NRP required or willing to obtain)
- Calm under pressure, strong clinical judgment, and patient-first mindset
- Team player with leadership potential
