Job Title: Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Mobile Wound Care
Location: Greater Phoenix Area (Mobile / Community-Based – Travel Required)
Schedule: Part-Time | Approximately 20 Hours per Week
Compensation: $40 per hour
Reports To: Clinical Director / Owner

Position Summary
The Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled mobile wound care services to patients in their homes and other community-based settings. The LPN will work independently, managing patient scheduling and travel, while delivering consistent, high-quality care. Training will be provided for Mist Ultrasound treatments.
Schedule & Work Structure
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Workdays will be every other day, either:
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday, or
- Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday
- Schedule may alternate week to week
- Start times and daily scheduling are flexible
- Nurse will independently schedule patients within assigned days
Key Responsibilities
- Provide wound care services including dressing changes and compression wrap application
- Administer Mist Ultrasound treatments (training provided)
- Perform wound assessments, measurements, and documentation
- Visit 3–4 patients per day, with extensive driving throughout the Greater Phoenix Area
- Spend approximately 30–45 minutes per patient in the home
- Monitor for signs of infection or complications and report changes promptly
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to infection control standards, safety protocols, and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of wound dressing changes and compression therapy
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile role
Preferred Qualifications
- Wound care or home health experience
- Willingness to learn new wound care modalities
- Experience with mobile or electronic documentation systems
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and reposition patients as needed
- Ability to transport medical supplies and equipment
