Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient-centered care, enjoys building long-term relationships, and wants to work in a setting that prioritizes quality over volume.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to deliver exceptional care
- Build rapport with patients and contribute to a welcoming clinic environment
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of practice
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered, high-quality care
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
- New graduates welcome; mentorship available
