Physical Therapist (Sports Medicine) – Work With Athletes, Not Quotas
Full-Time | Flexible Schedule (5×8 or 4×10)
We’re hiring a Physical Therapist passionate about sports medicine and athletic performance to join a privately owned practice near a major university. This is a true sports-focused environment, working primarily with youth and collegiate athletes in a collaborative, high-level setting.
With a small team of ~10 clinicians, in a TRULY collaborative practice – cultural fit matters.
We value teamwork, accountability, and delivering exceptional care—without the productivity pressure of corporate clinics.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat sports and orthopedic injuries
- Design individualized rehab and return-to-sport programs
- Integrate strength, conditioning, and movement analysis into care
- Collaborate with coaches, ATs, and performance staff
- Educate athletes on injury prevention and performance optimization
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license in process)
- Strong interest in sports rehab and athletic performance
Bonus Points For:
- PT/AT dual credential
- CSCS or pursuing certification
- Business background or entrepreneurial mindset
