Title – Nurse Practitioner
Schedule | 7 on 7 off
Status – Full-time Permanent
Location: Chase City, VA
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who thrives on making a difference in patients’ lives. This is a full-time opportunity providing care in post-acute and skilled nursing settings.
You’ll have the flexibility to start your day between 7:00–8:30 a.m., and after completing rounds, you’ll have the option to finish documentation from home — giving you the autonomy and balance you deserve.
This is the perfect role for an NP who wants to enjoy a consistent schedule, meaningful work, and a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, assess, and deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and facility leadership
- Conduct daily patient rounds and contribute to care decisions
- Write orders, manage documentation, and coordinate diagnostics
- Maintain accurate EMR notes and billing documentation
- Provide education and communication to patients, families, and teams

Education & Experience
- Active Nurse Practitioner License (Required)
- Current DEA Certification (Required)
- 1+ year of NP experience preferred
- Prior nursing background in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, ICU, Emergency, Hospitalist, or General Practice preferred
