General Dentist Opportunity
Responsibilities:
- Clinical Leadership: Lead comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning while delivering high-quality dentistry and an exceptional patient experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with non-clinical partners—including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT—to support efficient operations and practice growth.
- Patient-First Care: Create a welcoming, patient-centered environment where individuals feel comfortable, valued, and confident in their care.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program with an active, unrestricted state license
- 1–2 years of post-residency clinical experience preferred; select opportunities available for new graduates
- Strong commitment to ethical practice and exceptional patient care
- Interest in continued education, coaching, and contributing to a collaborative team culture
- Driven by both professional growth and the long-term success of the practice
