Registered Nurse (RN)_Neurosurgery/Neurology Dept
- $25k for experienced RN’s (Only need 1+ yrs of clinical / bedside experience)
- $20K for new Grad RN’s
- Night Shift
Essential Functions
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments using medical history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in alignment with established standards of practice and physician-directed treatment plans
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing interventions to support optimal patient outcomes
- Conduct hourly patient rounding to promote safety, comfort, and timely response to care needs
- Foster a compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care environment for patients, families, and visitors
- Participate in evidence-based practice initiatives and organizational quality improvement efforts
- Engage in continuous professional development through education, goal setting, and skills advancement
Required Education & Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Active South Carolina RN license or compact (multi-state) RN license
Required Certifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Additional unit-specific certifications as required
