Physical Therapist – Pelvic Floor Focus | 1:1 Care, No Aides

The Opportunity
A physical therapist–owned outpatient practice is seeking a Physical Therapist with pelvic floor training to join a collaborative, patient-centered team in Ashland, MA. Care is delivered exclusively in 40-minute one-on-one sessions, without aides or assistants, allowing clinicians to focus fully on patient outcomes.
The clinic treats orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health conditions and serves as the home base for its pelvic floor and lymphedema services. Your caseload will be divided between pelvic floor and orthopedic care, structured collaboratively with clinic leadership to align with your experience and interests.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and progress pelvic floor and orthopedic PT plans of care in 1:1 sessions
- Maintain a caseload of 56 visits/week (37.5 treatment hours)
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to structure pelvic floor caseload
- Manage scheduling through waitlists and front desk coordination
- Complete documentation and chart review in a timely manner
- Participate in 1–2 community outreach or education events per year
- Maintain a clean, organized, patient-centered clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Massachusetts PT license in good standing
- Continuing education in pelvic floor rehabilitation required
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for pelvic health and patient education
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
