The Opportunity
A physical therapist-owned outpatient practice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join a tight-knit team at a clinic located steps from the Boston Marathon start line in Hopkinton, MA.
This clinic serves an active, motivated population across the lifespan, from runners and CrossFit athletes to patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and pelvic health conditions. Many clinicians are local to the area, creating a true neighborhood clinic feel with deep community roots.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized PT care in 1:1, 40-minute sessions
- Maintain a caseload of 56 visits/week (37.5 treatment hours)
- Manage scheduling through waitlists and front desk coordination
- Complete documentation and chart review efficiently
- Participate in 1–2 local community or marketing events annually
- Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements
- Contribute to a clean, organized, patient-centered clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Physical Therapy
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Interest in treating athletic and active populations
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn, grow, and lead by example
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
